The Tomcat Orange Service Desk is manned 24x7 and monitors the environment for availability and capacity issues as well as security events. Our facilities in Casablanca and Saigon are equipped for 24-hour operations and located in business parks with convenient access by private and public transport.
The Service Desk responds to incidents raised by monitoring customer IT services and monitors applications that may be beyond the scope of the engagement. In this case, the Service Desk will notify the client based on the escalation matrix.
The Service Desk is supported by the Engineering Team and follows a Daily Agreed Procedures routine besides incident response. The procedures are based on ITIL 4 and Universal Service Management (USM)
